By registering for Slinger Youth Pom & Dance programs, participants and parents agree to the following terms:

Participation Commitment

​

Participation in dance and pom activities involves physical activity.

Parents acknowledge and accept the risks associated with participation.

 

Behavior Expectations

​

Dancers and families are expected to demonstrate respectful behavior toward:

-Coaches

-Teammates

-Volunteers

-Officials

-Other organizations

​

Unsportsmanlike conduct may result in disciplinary action or removal from the program.

​

Attendance

​

Dancers are expected to attend all scheduled practices, events, and competitions .

Consistent attendance helps ensure team success and safety.

 

Payments

​

All program fees must be paid by the specified deadlines. Failure to make payments may

impact participation eligibility.

 

Schedule Changes

​

Practice schedules, events, and competitions may change due to facility availability,

weather, or other circumstances.

 

Communication

Official program communication will be sent through designated channels such as email,

Band App, or team announcements.

​

Uniforms & Equipment

​

Uniforms and poms are required for participation. Uniforms are the responsibility of the

parent/guardian to purchase. All items must be properly cared for throughout the season,

as we do not have extras available for replacement. Families may be responsible for

replacing any lost or damaged items.

Right to Modify

​

Slinger Youth Pom and Dance reserves the right to update policies, schedules. fees.

and program structure as needed.
